Located on St. St. Martenslane Hotel was named after the street it is located on: Maartenslaan. This trendy and child-friendly hotel in Maastricht blends old traditions with modern design. Spend the night in one of our spacious and well-appointed rooms, such as the huge 40 m2 family room.
Crafts serve as the inspiration behind Hotel St. Martenslane. We tip our hat to the tailors, milliners, weavers and other craftspeople of the Maastricht of years gone by and we salute the locations of St. Maartenslaan and St. Martin's Lane in London, both situated in areas well-known for their crafts and trades. The technical school used to be located on this street and a sweets and biscuit factory once stood where the hotel is situated. The interior was designed by Sjoerd Jonkers of Puik Art and was hand-made on location. The rooms are big enough to dance in and feature a comfortable king-sized bed, a bathroom, and a workbench with a coffee and tea station. Hotel St. Martenslane is a true boutique hotel: you check in at Townhouse, our sister hotel across the street, where you can enjoy a tasty cup of soup at check-in and breakfast in the morning. Traditional crafts, self-service, and surprisingly large rooms are the ingredients that make up Craft Hotel St. Martenslane. All rooms have Wi-Fi, coffee and tea facilities, a shower or bath, and a safe.
For a great breakfast, all you have to do is cross the street. Hotel St. Martenslane has a delicious artisanal breakfast buffet featuring local products such as organic bread, home-made jam, Saveurs meatloaf, and Limburg apple juice. Enjoy a glass of juice or a cup of coffee on weekdays or a glass of bubbly at the weekend.
