As Guest Happiness Officer you are the leader of the gang. You will work with and guide our reception staff (a.k.a. Guest Happiness Servers). You.....

  • Have a completed MBO or HBO study, preferably related to hospitality;
  • At least 3 years of experience as front office supervisor or assistant front office manager;
  • You are administratively strong and accurate;
  • You take pleasure in achieving the targets set for the front office;
  • You are always committed for at least 100% and like to work with changing shifts;
  • Have experience with hospitality and service;

  • Have knowledge of Amadeus or another PMS, which is an advantage;

As a Gate Keeper, you are the point of contact for guests at night and you ensure safety in the hostel. As a Foodie you will take care of the healthy buffet, the bar and everything else in the all-day restaurant of The Green Elephant: Serendipity. You are 'all-round' for a reason, because you love variety and are just as happy working in the front office when the work demands it.
